Promulgation of the Fundamental Constitution & National Charter
By executive decree of His Serene Highness Grand Duke Ahmet Burka Karakış, the 14-Article Constitution of the Grand Duchy of Thalondra is hereby officially promulgated and enacted into law. All state portals, registries, and civic procedures shall strictly operate under constitutional order and meritocratic principles.

Establishment of the Cryptographic Citizenship Registry (TCIN)
Notice is hereby given that the official Thalondra Citizen Identification Number (TCIN) algorithm is activated under code format THL-YYYY-RRRR-C. All certified citizens are granted cryptographic certificate validation accessible via the public State Registry Office portal.

Declaration of Sovereign Independence & State Foundation
Whereas the kurucu irade of Thalondra seeks an independent haven for meritocracy, digital liberty, science, and maritime heritage, the sovereign status of the Grand Duchy of Thalondra is officially declared over the volcanic island coordinates 38°14'S, 77°22'E under international principles of Terra Nullius and open-sea liberty.
